Product Description

This African blue opal copper necklace combines the warmth of antiqued copper with the varying and lovely shades of blue in the African opal gemstones. Although called an opal it is actually a jasper. Because of the varying shades of blue to blue green and the black striations, it is a visually interesting stone. The beads in this necklace alternate between 8 and 10mm. The Bali style oxidized (antiqued) copper beads and spacers are a lovely compliment to the blue beads. Then for an added a touch of extra shine I’ve added 4mm round half golden copper Czech glass beads. This shade of blue is a lovely one to dress up outfits year round. It pairs well a variety of styles and would be a perfect accessory with a dress, slacks or your favorite denim jeans!
This African blue opal copper necklace is strung on professional jewelry wire and includes wire guards at each end to protect the piece from wear and tear over the years. It is 19″ long and finished with a decorative copper S-hook clasp that is easy to put on and take off.

While researching African Blue Opal on the internet I read that some people believe that African Blue Opal will promote inner peace, love, and compassion, help bring about emotional healing, simplicity, and clarity to the wearer, stimulate originality and creativity, and aid in accessing and expressing ones true self.

The necklace will be sent with a Solana Kai Designs tag, wrapped in colorful tissue paper and placed in a complimentary decorative organza drawstring bag. It will be ready to give as a gift or opened for yourself!
